Client Bathroom Update:
Great news! The client bathrooms are expected to reopen this Friday, September 19th. Thank you so much for your patience, support, and hard work during the renovations—it wouldn’t have been possible without you!
We truly appreciate all that you do to make St. John Center a welcoming and supportive place.
Mail Verification Process:
Just a reminder: clients must see a staff member—not a volunteer—for verification before checking their mail. This ensures accuracy and consistency in the process.
If you need clarification, please refer to the Volunteer Handbook or reach out to Keesha or Ashley with any questions. Thank you for your ongoing support and commitment!
Goodwill Vouchers:
St. John Center is able to distribute 10 Goodwill vouchers per day, Monday through Friday. Each client may receive one voucher per month.
To keep the process fair and consistent:
- Lost or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced, as that would take away from another client’s opportunity to receive one.
- While IDs are not required to receive a voucher, clients should be reminded that Goodwill will require a photo ID to use the voucher and obtain their Goodwill gift card.
For any questions or concerns, please check the Volunteer Handbook or connect with Keesha, Ashley, or another staff member.
